What do I do if my dog has Canine respiratory coronavirus?

I thought he had Kennel Cough, but then he started having diarrhea and he vomited a couple times in the last week... Today I came home from work where normally I go to feed him supper, but his breakfast wasn't even gone yet?
What do I do, I was doing some research on this and this is a "fairly new" infection found in dogs similar to kennel cough symptoms as far as the hacking part, but the same as Coronavirus with the other symptoms? Will this kill my dog!? The neighbour was the one who told me her dogs had kennel cough and thats how our dog got it, now I'm thinking she must have misdiagnosed the problem?!
