A bit of a unpleasent question about my dogs health?

I recently had my dog at kennels for a week, a place I had used often before. Since we got him home he seems to have a constant whitish gunk coming from the tip of his penis. Any ideas what this could be? He is an 18 month old chocolate lab.

my black labrador has that somtimes, its sperm/ smegma... it starts to appear now and then when they mature, its like a dog sign of adolescence
